Kim Boriin

Kim was a Global Event Planner for 19 years after spending 17 years in the NYC restaurant scene - from waiter to French Culinary Institute trained chef. His work was recognized by New York Magazine for the Best New American restaurant in 1992 and he was also restaurant consultant opening four restaurants.

Kim came to NYC as a dancer choreographer, performed with Les Ballets Jazz de Montreal and worked as entertainment director for Club Med in Mexico, winning the award for the best entertainment of 102 Club Med resorts.
